Course 1

Red Lentil Soup: Traditional Turkish soup.
Shepherd Salad: Traditional Turkish salad prepared with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, onions and parsley with lemon- olive oil dressing. (Add feta for $2 extra)
Humus: Creamy mashed chickpeas, tahini, a hint of garlic.
Babaganush: Grilled pureed eggplant, tahini, garlic.
Lebni: Drained yogurt dipping with walnut and dill.
Tabuli: Cracked wheat, green onions, parsley, and tomatoes.
Eggplant Salad: Grilled eggplant, green and red bell peppers.
Cacik: Fresh yogurt with chopped cucumbers and mint.

Course 2
All entrees served with rice. Substitute rice for salad or fries for $2.50.

Doner (Shawarma) Kebab: Marinated and broiled slices of beef and lamb.
Lamb Shish Kebab: Seasoned and marinated chunks of lamb, grilled on a skewer.
Beef Shish Kebab: Specially marinated chunks of grilled beef tenders.
Chicken Shish Kebab: Seasoned and marinated chunks of chicken breast grilled on a skewer.
Adana Kebab: Seasoned ground lamb and beef, grilled on a skewer.
Chicken Adana Kebab: Seasoned ground chicken breast, grilled on a skewer.
Kofte Kebab: Grilled ground lamb and beef turkish meatballs.
Menemen (Traditional Turkish Vegetarian Dish): Sautéed tomato, onion, bell pepper, feta cheese and scrambled eggs.
Mixed Vegetables Plate: Mixture of sautéed broccolis and cauliflowers.
